Our cookies are made in small batches using real, high-quality ingredients. While not everything is organic, we use organic flour, eggs, butter, and brown sugar as our base—plus premium chocolate and no preservatives or artificial flavors. Yes! We’re always testing new recipes and seasonal flavors in our little kitchen. When a cookie is ready for its debut, you’ll see it added to our menu. 

All of our cookies contain wheat, nuts, eggs, and gluten. Even cookies without these allergens may contain traces of nuts or dairy. If you have a severe allergy, we strongly recommend avoiding our cookies.

We offer two sizes:‎
⦁ Petit (small) cookies: ~2.5–3” in diameter, 1.5” in height, 2.7 oz
⦁ Regular (large) cookies: ~4” in diameter, 1.75” in height, 5.3 oz

Since our cookies are handmade in small batches, we cannot accommodate custom size or flavor requests. Our cookies are perfect for sharing (or not—no judgment!) and can be frozen for later enjoyment.

Our cookies are baked fresh on the day of delivery and packaged within hours. We recommend enjoying them the same day for the best experience. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to four days, or freeze them for longer freshness. Exposure to air will cause them to dry out.

For maximum enjoyment:

• Regular (5.3 oz): Microwave 10–12 seconds, or warm in a preheated 350°F oven for 3–5 minutes or until warm through.
• Petit (2.7 oz): Microwave 6–8 seconds, or warm in a preheated 350°F oven for 2–3 minutes or until warm through.

No. Refrigerating cookies can dry them out and dull their flavor. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze them if you’re saving them for another day.

Yes. For best results, freeze them on the day of purchase. When you’re ready to enjoy, warm them in a 350°F oven for about 8–10 minutes, or until heated through.

For customers in nearby areas, we offer delivery through a third-party courier service; any delivery fees will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your address. Please select your preferred delivery date and time window when placing your order. Pick-up is not available at this time.

Ordering is easy! Click ‘Shop Cookie Boxes’ on our website, choose your box, select your flavors, and proceed to checkout.

Enter your zip code to check eligibility, select your date and time, and receive a delivery window (Wednesday-Friday). Once your order is confirmed and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

📌 Important: Provide a valid phone number for the recipient so our driver can contact them if needed. You’ll get a text when your cookies are on their way, and if no one answers, the driver will call.

We require a minimum of 3 hours notice to make changes to an order. Email us at bonjour@lepetitcookie.com with the details and we will be happy to help.

If you won’t be home, please notify us by calling or texting (279) 235-6241, and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Le Petit Cookie is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or the absence of a recipient.
