Refund policy
Because our cookies are made to order and perishable, all sales are final. We’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered (or picked up, if we offer pick-up in the future).
Delivery, shipping & responsibility
We take great care in how we bake, handle, and package our cookies so they’re protected on their way to you.
- For local deliveries, once your order has been delivered to the address you provide (including if it is left at your door or other designated drop-off spot), responsibility for the cookies passes to you. Because our products are perishable, they should be brought indoors and stored promptly. We’re not responsible for quality issues caused by cookies being left outside or improperly stored after delivery.
- For orders shipped via a third-party carrier (such as a courier or delivery service), once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, misdelivery, or issues that occur during shipment. We do our best to prevent issues through careful packaging and handling before your order leaves our hands.
If there’s an issue with your order
Your happiness matters a lot to us. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of delivery—so we can review what happened.
Examples of issues we can usually help with include:
- You received the wrong items or are missing items from your order
- There is a clear quality issue on arrival (e.g., severely damaged or inedible cookies when first opened)
While we can’t guarantee refunds or replacements in every situation, we’ll review each case individually and do everything we reasonably can to make your experience an excellent one. In some cases, this may include a replacement order or a partial or full store credit, at our discretion.
